This project aims to empower young people by equipping them with essential skills in project management, leadership, community engagement, and advocacy. We want to create a generation of youth leaders who can drive positive change in communities. By identifying local needs, we discovered that young people desire more opportunities to make an impact, access to mentorship, and greater recognition for their contributions.
- 1.Train 30 young people in advanced skills in project management, leadership, community engagement, and advocacy by March 2027.
- Empower 50 young people to identify and present community needs and ideas to decision-makers.
- Implement at least 6 local initiatives in inclusion, environment, and youth habits, showcasing tangible community improvements
- Within 18 months of the project, raise awareness among min. 180 local community members about identified community needs and issues through exhibitions, workshops, and social media engagement.
