Team Lead
Donatas has been active in international education, youth work, and non-formal learning since 2013. With years of experience leading NGOs, building partnerships, and managing European projects, he brings strong expertise in strategy, mediation, civic engagement, and cross-sectoral cooperation.
His work focuses on creating meaningful opportunities for young people, strengthening civil society, and developing projects that respond to Europe’s social, environmental, and economic challenges.
Project Manager
Giedrė is a creative communicator, project manager, and content creator with experience in communication, design, events, sales, websites, podcasts, and social media campaigns. Her background combines creative communication, music, advertising, and hands-on project work.
Her journey with youth projects began through Erasmus+, where she documented a youth exchange as a journalist. Today, she works with the organisation’s communication channels and youth projects, bringing creativity, structure, and fresh ideas into everything she does.
Project and Youth Support
Julija supports young people and project participants throughout their learning journey. Her role focuses on creating a welcoming environment, helping participants feel informed and supported, and making sure each project experience is meaningful, inclusive, and well-organised.
She contributes to the daily coordination of activities, communication with participants, and the practical support needed to turn youth ideas into real experiences.
C:E:T platform is an international network of civil society organisations in Croatia, Poland, Serbia and Montenegro. C:E:T was established by the group of experts with the aim to provide support, assistance, services and expertise in the field of the development of civil society and democratic institutions, civic values, and non-formal education for all citizens, especially young people. C:E:T also deals with advocacy in public policy issues. C:E:T organizes events (round tables, debates, seminars and workshops) on the issues of activism, education, promotion and exchange in the field of human rights, and development of local, regional, European and international relations and cooperation. C:E:T especially promotes the development of creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development (of civil society).
